MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING In case the pile threads under heavy objects are crushed, the pile threads in this area should preferably be brushed first and then vacuumed with a beating vacuum cleaner. In order to prevent the dust accumulated on the carpet from settling between the pile threads and on the base, it should be vacuumed at certain intervals with a vacuum cleaner and maintenance should be done. Sweeping should be done with a vacuum cleaner in the direction of the carpet's pile threads and with slow movements. The carpet should not be exposed to hard impacts such as beating and whipping during cleaning. Excessive water and shampoo should be avoided while cleaning the carpet. Never use bleach or similar chemical aggravators while washing your carpet. Wash your carpet using a detergent and softener that is in accordance with TSE. A staining substance spilled on the carpet can be removed if it is treated immediately and correctly. The resulting stain should first be vacuumed on the high setting of the vacuum cleaner and then cleaned with a small amount of water and carpet shampoo with sweeping movements. After the cleaning process, the remaining moisture should be removed by vacuuming or by buffering with a moisture-absorbing cloth or similar material (paper towel, etc.). The stain removal process should first be tried on an invisible part of the carpet with a chemical substance that will be used in stain removal. The pile threads in the area where the cleaning process is performed should be combed with a brush so that they stand upright. The carpet should be kept away from stoves and similar heating devices. Since direct sunlight will damage the carpet, the carpet should not be left in such an environment for a long time. The carpet should not be allowed to get wet during transportation and hard, sharp and cutting objects should not be allowed to damage the carpet. “There may be a difference of up to 5% in the width and length of the carpets due to the different production and yarns used in the product you purchased.”
